Overcustom, break points and your journey to becoming an elitist asshole lolol
Sup guys, this is Mit here.
So you think you're hot shit because you know that you get more bang for your buck if you put your regular custom points into Agi, HP or Speed and that everyone who does it wrong is a noob? Then prepare yourself for the next level of super-judgmental elitism as I feed these delicious pearls of wisdom.
So we all know there is a speed cap right? 24 speed is the point at which any more custom points into speed will not increase your speed (ie: wasted points). But within the individual attributes exists "break points". Break points are stat levels that will give you a noticeable difference. To make this easier to explain, here are the break points:
Attack:
3.0/6.0/9.0/12.0/15.0/18.0/21.0/24.0/27.0/30.0/33.0
Defense:
4.5/9.0/13.5/18.0/22.5/27.0/31.5/36.0/40.5/45.0/49.5
Agi:
4.5/9/13.5/18/22.5/27/31.5/36/40.5/45/49.5
Speed:
2.4/4.8/7.2/9.6/12.0/14.4/16.8/19.2/21.6/24.0
Where can you find these numbers?
Go to http: // www .olgame. tw/sdsen/robot_inq.php (REMOVE ALL THE SPACES -won't let me link URL) This will show the stat details for any mobile suit and will help you to fine tune your machine unless you're a stubborn son of a bitch who doesn't need no help from some website because yer way is already super pro, in which case fuck you too.
So these numbers above are the break points. Once you customize the stat to the break point you will feel a difference, but you wont notice any more difference until you reach the next one.
Here's an example:
You have 9.3 speed.
You use points and get to 9.6 (Speed Breakpoints: 2.4/4.8/7.2/9.6/12.0/14.4/16.8/19.2/21.6/24.0
You feel a difference in speed
You use points to get to 9.9
No difference in speed
You use points to get to 10.2
No difference in speed
etc...
You will not feel a difference in speed until you hit 12.0
So you have 3 choices:
1) Waste points by going with 9.7 - 11.9 speed
2) Go with 9.6 speed and put points somewhere else
3) Go to 12.0 speed and be noticeably faster
This means that you can "trim" off the wasted points (because they have not reached the next break point) and put them into another stat.
I'll use a personal example to illustrate how I went from a noob to a more informed noob.
My Main is Hyaku Shiki (because he is hard to play but if you get the hang of it, he's pure profit) and he uses solid ammo. This means that when you click the "shoot" button on your mouse it will take a couple of split seconds for the projectile to exit the bazooka. To cut down on shot time/shot animation time I put my first 4 custom points into agility, and the rest into attack. It worked well. But it could have worked better. Here is a before and after picture:
Before:
Speed: 22.8 (Breakpoints: 2.4/4.8/7.2/9.6/12.0/14.4/16.8/19.2/21.6/24.0)
Agility: 23.4 (Breakpoints: 4.5/9/13.5/18/22.5/27/31.5/36/40.5/45/49.5 )
Attack: 24.6 (Breakpoints: 3.0/6.0/9.0/12.0/15.0/18.0/21.0/24.0/27.0/30.0/33.0)
SO I'm over the Speed break point but not enough to get to the next one.
Same with Agility and Attack. In otherwords I can afford to be more efficient. Observe, in all of it's Shikiness glory.
After:
Speed: 24.0 (Breakpoints: 2.4/4.8/7.2/9.6/12.0/14.4/16.8/19.2/21.6/24.0)
Agility: 23.1 (Breakpoints: 4.5/9/13.5/18/22.5/27/31.5/36/40.5/45/49.5 )
Attack: 24.0 (Breakpoints: 3.0/6.0/9.0/12.0/15.0/18.0/21.0/24.0/27.0/30.0/33.0)
Speed is exactly 24.0, and Attack is exactly 24.0, so no waste there.
Agility is 23.1 and although the break point for Agility is 22.5 or 27.0, if I take out 1 point in agility, I get 22.2, which means I'll feel the agility of the lower tier, which is 18.0.
So in the end, what have I gained? Attack and Agility are still the same but now my speed is capped.
Is it game changing? "Probably not", you say. But now you have one free point whereas before, you had zero free points, dick. Try it out with your suits. I'm sure you'll find that you can squeek out a few more stats if you cut out the wasteful points.
Also remember that you get more Agility, HP and Speed out of regular custom points than you do with over custom points, so use that info accordingly -if you need just a tiny bit to get you to the speed break point, put the custom point into HP or Agility and use the over custom point to get you to the break point.
So there you have it -the secret to efficiency. The only exception to the rule is the Nu Gundam HWS.
For HWS the best thing to do is delete your account and kill yourself because there is no hope of you ever becoming a respected player because the fucking unit takes no fucking skill, you talentless fuck. Homing missiles all day, what the FUCK.
Thank you for taking the time to read this. Implement it and you too can feel like a WINNER after being destroyed by a team full of assholes who Don't know how to customize their suits properly, what a bunch of noobs, LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL.
Your's truly,
Mitsananikone

Lol. Yeah bad timing. I had just finished 10+ death matches against teams with HWS in it, when I wrote the guide (whilst waiting for the, to leave)

Mit im making a destiny. i decided to check out the stats and stuff of it in detail on the website u gave us. The max breakpoint of speed is 24.0 but the default speed of destiny is at 25.8 and 27.6. is there more breakpoints for speed or is the max speed breakpoint 24, if it is then would it mean that if i oc speed i wouldn't notice any difference?
